upgrade our matching software, build telephone preference suppression
files, and update our universal databases with the most current changes.
For example, we correct and standardize the addresses in your database
before phone appending. Please note we do not disturb your database.
Our software-matching algorithm is continually being enhanced by our
Research and Development Department. Our database of phones numbers
is created from phone directories. We use three companies to create
this database. Although these files are similar, all companies enhance
their files differently. By matching your records against all files,
you receive up to 15 percent more phone numbers.
