How is your data compiled?
We continuously gather, analyze
and manage our data from a variety of sources, from
public records, to title companies, to credit bureau
data. From DBA filings and tax liens or judgments, to
Yellow Pages, List Galaxy has the most comprehensive
data in the industry. We have a data team of 150 members
who periodically update all the records in the database.
We also gather data from third party companies and associations
that have received opt-in information from the businesses
and individuals across the globe. All the records in
our database are opt-in records. This process is obtained
through a subscription management and confirmation process.
What
will my response rate be?
There are a great many variables
that determine response rate in a marketing program.
The product being sold, how it is offered, the creative
content of the mailer or telemarketing presentation,
and timing all contribute to the rate of response you
will eventually experience. Consequently the rate of
response can vary greatly from campaign to campaign.
Paying equal attention to your product, your offer,
customer incentive to respond, your creative, the timing
of the campaign, and the list you use is essential.
Some campaigns will be profitable with a response rate
of one percent, whereas others need a much higher rate.
All other variables being equal however, the accuracy
and deliverability of our data will certainly improve
the rate of response you would have achieved if you
were to use a less reliable list source. Responses are
tracked as Leads,Click throughs, email responses and
opens.
In
what formats can I get my list?
We
provide your list in the following formats:
- Microsoft Excel Format
- On a CD Rom or sent to you by email
- Prospects Lists for telemarketing or outside sales
reps
- File Transfer Protocol
- Text, Text delimited formats
- Diskette & Magnetic Tape. Most electronic
applications will allow you to print mailing labels
or prospect lists
How
often is your database updated?
We offer only the finest
data, which is updated quarterly to ensure that you
will receive the highest quality list. With every order,
we ensure our lists are clean and in full compliance
with all Do Not Call rules and regulations by verifying
all the emails for deliverability and validity so that
our clients get only good and valid emails. It means

What
types of targeting do we offer?
We have a wide rage of industry/title
selects – the client has the option to select
the industry verticals, titles, States, country based
lists you want to reach/target..
Do
we charge based on the actual number of emails delivered
or the number of emails sent?
We charge the client on the
actual email delivered, if any bounce backs we send
extra names to reach the proposed list size.
How
often are new names added? How often are unsubscribe
removed?
We send monthly campaigns
for list building on various new topics also take initiative
in updating the current database every quarter. The
un-subscribes is effectively removed within 48 hours
of notice.
Do
you send multi-part messages?
We recommend any client in
sending part messages using different titles and pitch
for better results and tracking the best working messages
to the audience.
Are
we CAN SPAM compliant?
List
Galaxy is dedicated to protecting the privacy interests
of our customers and is in full compliance with the
CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically, List Galaxy adheres to the
following requirements:
- Subject lines are clear, relevant, honest and
not misleading;
- From lines and headers accurately identify the
source of the email;· Message content includes
clear identification that the email is an advertisement,
solicitation or promotion;
- Every email has a functioning unsubscribe mechanism
for the advertiser that is active for a minimum
of 30 days;
- A valid physical address of the advertiser is
be included in every email; All unsubscribe requests
are honored within 10 days of the notification
What
are the forms in which you can send the mailers?
We can send mailers in HTML,
Text, flash or Semi-text format. (We don’t advice
a flash template because older Outlook version doesn’t
support flash.)
Can
we track these mailers, which are sent to the contacts?
HTML, Image and Semi-text
formats are track able except for text format.We have
tracking tool, which tracks the leads, clickthroughs.
EMail responses and email opens real time for which
you would be given the login ID and pass word once the
campaign is on so that you can see the results 24/7.

What
forms of payment do you accept?
All list purchases and marketing
services must be paid for in advance either by check
or wire transfer. Contact
us for further details. Any purchase or payment
less than $2000, can be paid via credit card for immediate
needs.

What
is your deliverability guarantee?
We guarantee 80+% of our
postal and telemarketing lists to be deliverable. The
warranty will be limited to provision of additional
records. While a major factor for delivery success of
email campaigns is the list, other elements such as
the email message, server used to roll campaign, the
subject line, too affect the reach to the inbox. However,
our lists exceed our clients’ expectations in
terms of delivery and quality.
You will have 14 days after purchasing the information
to inspect and notify ListGalaxy of deliverability issues
over 20% with regards to the information.
ListGalaxy’s entire liability shall be limited
to the amount actually received by ListGalaxy on account
of your purchase. In no event shall ListGalaxy be liable
for direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential,
incidental, or punitive damage or loss for any claim
or cause of action related to or arising out of the
use of our lists.
