He operates through a board of directors reporting to him from various sectors like human resources, production, sales, marketing, business development, finance and administration.
The pioneering itinerary laid down and practiced by Mr. Roberts has played a vital role in the successful and planned functioning of the organization. While his vast experience has made him a veteran in this domain, his knowledge has made List Galaxy evolve into a leader among the mailing list providers.
Robin Smith, Vice President - Business Development and Head of Marketing is the mastermind behind List Galaxy’s impressive list of clientele. Having worked for two of the fortune 500 companies prior to List Galaxy, Mr. Smith is known for his innovative marketing mix techniques. His groundbreaking promotional strategies have expanded our marketing division to a full-scale multi-channel solutions provider.
Eric Stevens, Director-Business Development, manages all the activities related to business development across USA and Canada. Being specialized in procuring influential business contacts, Mr. Steven has been responsible in achieving successful partners to List Galaxy. He also earns the credit for instigating our business in European countries.
Shakti Vinayak, Director-Technology heads the Information Technology department of List Galaxy. Mr. Vinayak, an expert with modern technology and software, has been supporting us to get our email delivered quickly, reliably and without fail. Advanced tech-tools developed by him, help us to better serve our clients and stay miles ahead in the competition. He also supervises our in-house and client campaign distribution, assessment and reporting.
Ajai K, Director- Creative Services leads a strong team of creative designers and web developers. He is responsible for creating and launching online campaigns for our clients with attractive designs and content. He has handled several client projects and has led them to success. He has also created our Email Campaign Tracking tool to evaluate the result of our email campaigns.
Susan Smith, Head of Customer Service heads the customer service team that supports our customers across the globe 24/7. Our customer service process, streamlined under her supervision has been responding to all queries in time, without fail. The team has been instrumental in customer retention and loyalty programs. |
